kelly80210 @staceybisette yes, it is an issue because the 16" is on sale at Target for $19.99, whereas the 12" is sold out everywhere. Do you want to refund me the $25.13 difference and I 'll keep this one, or shall I return it for a full refund?

kelly80210 @staceybisette Nevermind, I apologize. I was wrong, it is out of stock at Target. I really did want the 12" though, so I'm frustrated with the substitution. If it wasn't so close to Christmas, I would be returning this.
