l_franchesa Hi kelly ,have you received your shoes,if not they may have got lost during shipping ,so very sorry ,this has never happened to me , i feel terrible ,just let me know if you received, i still have 8.5 in pink or you can choose what ever you may like from my closet ,the pink shoes with the ping flowers are 9.5 but they run a half size small, you can have those if you like or anything you would like i feel so bad this happened, Thank you Kind Regrds

mommaofbear @l_franchesa That’s so strange 😣 you weren’t able to use the tracking number to locate them? Also, the package is insured. I’ll take the 8.5 but I hate for that to be an expense on you. I do usually wear an 8.5 but have never bought shoes from LOFT before, just clothes 🤷🏼‍♀️

l_franchesa I DO have a tracking number ,but does not show me any info ,i will contact the post office ,it seems they have messed up the shipping ,not good ,yes i will send you the 8.5 and no worries its on me , i will ship today,thank you so much for your understanding this is a first for me ,as soon as they ship it will show up,i have your 8.5 on the way ,deepest apologies !!!!!

mommaofbear @l_franchesa I did get them the other day & they’re adorable. But I do think I needed the 9 instead. They look like they fit just right but feel like they’d be uncomfortable to wear or walk in for an extended period of time because of that. I’m sorry I’m just responding now. It’s been a busy couple of days.
