kelly_803 @hats01 Hello! Apparently there has been some confusion. In the description of the hat you bought, I said that you should create a bundle with all 3 hats and then I would make an offer that matched the price of one hat. Otherwise, I would have no way of knowing which two hats you wanted for free. When I saw that you had purchased the hat without creating a bundle, I immediately sent you a message asking you which two hats you would like for free.

kelly_803 @hats01 I waited almost two days for a response, and when I didn’t hear back from you, I sent the one hat. I have since sold the remaining 9 hats on another selling site, so I no longer have any available. I don’t want your first Poshmark experience to be a bad one, so I can give you a nice discount on another one of my items if you are interested. Thank you!

kelly_803 @hats01 Yes, that’s the title. If you read the description of the hat, it says, “Buy one hat, get two of equal or lesser value free. Just create a bundle and make me an offer (or wait for me to make it).” Underneath that, you’ll see my comment to you that I sent soon after you purchased it: “My hats are buy one, get two free. Please let me know which two hats you would like. Thank you!”

kelly_803 @hats01 I’m sorry. I’m not sure which hats you are referring to. As I mentioned in a previous message, I don’t have any hats left because I sold them all on a different selling site. If you look on my Poshmark page, the only hat you’ll see is the one you purchased that is marked SOLD.
