23chelseastreet You just charge what you want to for the item. When you put in the price there is a box below that will tell you what you will actually make after fees. The shipping is paid by the buyer on top of whatever price you charge unless you send them an offer for 4.99 or free shipping in your offer or in their counter offer. It can be a little confusing at first.
