beachmom32 Hi. You reviewed the KS earrings & I’m confused about your complaint. What were the “hooks” that weren’t on? Were they not exactly as pictured?

whoa_kelly @beachmom32 They were in four separate pieces, the two dangles and the two hooks. Thought I was missing one of the hooks - it was snagged in the bottom baggie. I have the tools so I can fix them I think. Or I can find new hooks if needed.

beachmom32 @whoa_kelly Maybe they got loose in transit, but I did bubble wrap inside & outside of the box to avoid damage. As far as saying you may have to replace them, I do not believe you. They have literally been sitting in a covered jewelry box, never worn, because they are not my style & were a gift. The pictures I took show no damage, & other than the hooks coming out in transit I don’t think it would be possible for them to be damaged.

whoa_kelly @beachmom32 Like I said, I’m pretty sure I can fix them. They aren’t “broken” just in 4 separate pieces. I have multiple versions of these earrings, and the hooks don’t just slip off. I can’t send photos on here or I’d send a pic. Worst case scenario, I buy a new set of hooks. Not the end of the world. I accepted them as is, because I knew I could fix them.
