bearspirit hi, just wanted to inform you that apparently package was damaged during route to you by USPS. I'm sure you know because I guess you have tracking too but just touching base with you. I can't really tell by my end but it seems that they will repackage it and send it on its way to you so obviously it may be delayed. Thanks !

kjneudecker @bearspirit @bearspirit Hi! I wanted to let you know that I never received the hiking boots I ordered that were damaged in shipping. It looks like they were sent to a mail recovery location and might be in Kansas City. Have you heard anything more from the Post Office? Thank you!

bearspirit @kjneudecker yeah I have been checking the mail recovery option about once every week or two and they still send me emails saying they are still looking so I have no additional info and I do greatly apologize. frankly I don't know how they would have lost those anyway, my wife and I both are on Poshmark and we package everything perfectly neat, tight and sealed.

kjneudecker @bearspirit I’m sorry you have to deal with this too! You’d think since we have tracking info, the PO would know SOMETHING! Poshmark took the money, but I guess they’re still holding it if you haven’t received it yet. If you’re ok with it, I’ll keep waiting with hopes that the PO gets their poop in a group! 😉 Hopefully it’s not lost forever I’d hate for either of us to be out the item/money. Thank you for checking & getting back to me! I truly appreciate it!

kjneudecker @bearspirit Hi Brian, I’m sorry I haven’t responded before now. I’ve not been very good about checking Poshmark. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received the boots. I agree-total bs! Poshmark still has the money. It looks like it won’t be released until I say I’ve accepted the boots. Any thoughts/ideas? I feel like in the end, one of gets screwed over, but that’s not fair to either one when it’s certainly not our fault!

bearspirit @kjneudecker hi! it's ok I'm not too active on here lately either. I'm not good at all this stuff but I was thinking of options etc. I'm guessing it likely wouldn't let you except item because you haven't actually received item & the system would recognize not received. maybe possibly you can cancel order but I'm thinking there's a time limit on that. I dug around on Poshmark and there is a Poshmark support that can be contacted or there was a tab for me to cancel order.

kjneudecker @bearspirit I got the money back! But now you’re out money and shoes. Will they do anything to resolve that? Thanks for all your help and understanding. I appreciate you! It’s amazing that things can just get lost at the post office like that. Ridiculous.

bearspirit @kjneudecker yea I got back what my earnings would have been so that's cool with me :) yep they just kind of vanished in thin air LOL. obviously somebody somewhere got them or there in a corner somewhere with a bunch of other lost stuff LOL.
