@kjfisher1 hi, I contacted Poshmark, but was told that since the order was accepted, there is nothing they can do on their end. What I can offer you, is for you to purchase the T-shirt that you received, which is posted on my closet. This will allow me to obtain a shipping label and I can send you the correct item. You will also be able to keep both blouses. Let me know what you think.
