efloweitak Hi there! I’m not sure why you mean by a gem on the lipstick container. This model purse never had a gem, unless there’s something hidden that I’m not aware of. There isn’t any indication that anything fell off of the lipstick compartment. The purse cake straight from the Fendi store and is vintage, so maybe they started putting gems on the newer ones. I’ve looked up the same model and don’t see one on any of the similar styles. If I’m not understanding something please let me know. Thank you!

kellylambert13 @efloweitak Hi sorry to be so confusing! The gem I'm referring to is the mirror on the end of the lipstick case. There is like a beveled gem over the end - it's basically a mirror - but there is a piece over the end and some call it a gem. They can fall off, that's why I was wondering if it was in tact. I think some of the older ones don't have it, so yours may not and that's why you're probably thinking I'm a looney tune! Anyways, no worries as I am interested.
