You’ve just purchased a stunning vintage cashmere coat from me and I just wanted to let you know that if it’s okay with you, I’d like to drop It off at the dry cleaners today (my treat) so that it’s nice and fresh when you get it. There’s nothing wrong with it, I always have our pieces freshly laundered before we send. But I wanted to let you know. They will have it back to me within a day or so and I’ll ship it right out.
