Dear Kelly I contacted support and they generally get Back to you within allegedly 24 hours. I would like you to notice that Everything I did in your package besides the conditioner was Way more than any seller does. I am horribly sorry that the condition no pun intended of the condition are was not What I expected nor you expected. I in good faith bought that conditioner at TJ Maxx and I thought it was okay. It had smelled good to me last time I smelled it.

I made it very clear to support that I wanted you to get a full and complete refund with no questions asked on their side that I fully supported you. I want to apologize with all of my heart. I wouldn't never ever knowingly Something That I would not use myself. Again please read my love notes and you I will see how hard I work At this. This is only job as I'm disabled. I worked very hard to become a posh ambassador and very hard to maintain my street 5 star rating.

To see a 1 is beyond devastating to me. I will do whatever you want me to do For that to change. If I could do this all over again I would have gone on vacation a day earlier you are the last order before I went on vacation the next day. I know I wrapped everything well and tried my best. I am SO SORRY about the quality of the conditioner. I promise it is exactly what I bought at TJ Mass. I would not have any reason to change it. I guess it just went bad.

Like I said, to make it up to you, I would like you to have something from me that I cannot mess up. I have some Bath and Body Works that I am waiting on to be mailed to me. Just purchased last night. Or a pair of gorgeous earrings I just received today and haven't posted yet. I am not really on vacation, I am going into the hospital tomorrow. But I will make sure you get all your money back. I WILL make it right. This physically and mentally devastates me..I have worked so hard on my business.

hi I have contacted them twice regarding your refund and they have not responded to me. I just wanted to let you know I'm still trying. What I was thinking of to do for you to make it up is not offering you something else for my closet because then you'd still have to pay shipping because I can only lower $3 and then I don't know what they do from there.
