cmfpze Kelly, I am so sorry your Marahlago purchase from me is taking so long to arrive. I mailed it out the day I received your order but because Poshmark had to hold it a couple of days to verify it’s authenticity and the over load on USPS, it is taking a bit longer. I appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy it, it is a beautiful piece. Thank you.

kellymurphy1980 @cmfpze Still has not arrived. I talked to post office rep who says it is still working its way through the system but I am still concerned that last tracking provided was that it was being sent out from Oakland, CA on February 19, 6 days ago, and their system can't provide any more information than it is arriving late. Poor service from USPS. At least FedEx provides better tracking. The only advice they gave me was that on March 12 I can file a loss claim.

cmfpze @kellymurphy1980 I feel awful about this. While I can understand Poshmark wanting to verify its authenticity, they should not have to hold it up for to long. I have had many other delays with the PO but never a lost package. Hopefully they will move it along quickly. I have signed up to receive text each time it moves in their system and will notify you with anything I receive.

cmfpze Because I had to originally send your items to Poshmark in CA for authenticity, I am not sure where u are located, but I just got a notice from USPS that your package had arrived in Lancaster PA and is on its way to you. Hope this helps, I’ll let u know if I hear more. Thank you

cmfpze @kellymurphy1980 Good News, it is “out for delivery today”. Again, I am so very sorry for the delay. It doesn’t seem right that it had to leave NY, go to CA and then sent on to you in PA., hopefully they can work out a more efficient process.

cmfpze @kellymurphy1980 Say your comments that they just left the package without a signature, they really need to investigate their workers. They sent me a message and said the package was signed for by K Murphy. I may try to call them about this in the morning, that is just wrong!!
