klevfam Hi there, I’ve been messaging you through our sale conversation, but haven’t heard back. It says you shipped it but it was ordered on 27 February and it’s still not here or not checking. Do you think it might’ve been lost by the post office? That has happened to me and other packages I’ve ordered before. If so, you said that Poshmark know so that they can reimburse you. That’s covered in the price that we have paid to be on Poshmark.

kelpike @klevfam so I got an email back saying if we don’t see tracking by the 18th they’ll figure this out for us. Probably cancel and reimbursement . Sorry about this!!

kelpike @klevfam I’m really hoping to get tracking asap. This happened to me once before and it took about a month and I got tracking. I saw our mailman and asked her about it but she wasn’t really able to provide me any details.

klevfam @kelpike Oh, I’m sorry this happened to you before as well. I can go down to the post office and ask them about, but yeah the drivers usually don’t have the means to check on this type of thing.
