styledbyrm @kellystouden225 go to settings, then “My Purchases”. Click on the order and there should be 3 little dots that you can click on. This will open a tab that says “Contact Poshmark Support” and a support agent will enter the conversation and you can explain what is going on ☺️ I hope that helps a little!
