juliedunigan Hello, I love the Sorel booties I bought from you and they were delivered quickly and are in great condition. I am soooooo sorry you had to escalate the payment issue due to my lack of review! I had a family emergency and have been bouncing back and forth from Oregon and California from Tennessee.
