I contacted Poshmark customer service to find out what is going on with your package. It’s been stuck in Georgia forever, now it’s stuck in Wisconsin. I am so sorry. USPS has been a mess. I just wanted you to know that I haven’t forgotten about you and I am truly sorry that it is taking forever to receive. Thanks.

kjwyckoff @relove_threads I have filed a missing mail claim thru USPS. Could you please double check the tracking# provided, also was this packaged mailed from the post office? I just want my shoes that I could totally use right now in the weather we are having. I dont want to buy another pair, I still have some hope they will eventually make it to me....I would really appreciate your assistance. Maybe could you contact the post office as well. I havent heard anything. Thank you for reaching out.....

relove_threads @kjwyckoff I sent using USPS. I called the customer service line and they said it is still sitting in the Kiel, Wisconsin usps distribution center. I am sorry this has happened. I am hoping that Poshmark will now step in since you have filed a claim. I asked for USPS to open a lost case. Hopefully the shoes are found. I will keep you posted. Can you please let me know if and when Poshmark contacts you? Thanks.

kjwyckoff USPS emailed me concerning the missing shoes, they need more information please, did you use a priority mail box or what size box, details of the box, etc. where was the package mailed from the post office, your home, etc. I havent heard from Poshmark...Thank you for your assistance...

relove_threads @kjwyckoff I sent it using a Priority Mail Shoe Box from the only post office in Jefferson, Georgia 30549. I handed it to the lady at the counter and she scanned it in front of me. Poshmark still has not messaged me either. I am very disappointed. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

kjwyckoff I sadly still have not received my shoes. I called the post office weekly and unfortunately they do not have any news for me besides they havent located the shoes yet in their USPS Oak Creek Distribution Center and I am no longer receiving calls or are they returning my voicemails which is upsetting. If you have a minute, I would appreciate you calling them to see if they can be of some assistance to make it a priority to locate these shoes, thanks. received refund, still want shoes. thankyou
