webshopper2019 Hello Kellyelle, This is @webshopper2019. This is my first sale and I am really concerned about the way you received your order. I placed the brand new, intact, Fenty box, inside of a brown shipping box (one which shoes were shipped to me) which should have arrived to you without damage, at least the inside box should have been damage free. Can you send me a picture of the box and let me know if your package was delivered by UPS or the US Postal Service? Did You receive the dust cover ?

kellyellemua It was USPS, UPS handed it off to the local post office instead of just dropping it off to me cause the box says UPS but my post woman dropped it off
