fiercecritter I got my Born shoes the other day. I wore them for the first time today. After 20 minutes, something didn't feel right. As soon as I walked back in my door, one strap broke apart. When I examined it, I found another strap completely coming out of the sole. I looked at the other shoe and found the same thing. In good faith, I had already accepted the item on Poshmark, so I am out of luck requesting their assistance. Can you please honor your sale and work out a refund? I can send photos. Thanks.

However if you like, you can pick from these two pairs of sandals: Taos Prize Leather Slip on Sandals (Size 7) OR Teva Burgundy Woven Leather Sling Back Sandals (Size 7). You can send me an offer for $3 (which is the minimum you can offer) for one of those and pay for shipping and I will send that pair to you.

fiercecritter The last thing I intend to do is pay you more money for something I don't want when what I received was so obviously damaged. I was shopping for those very specific sandals, and chose your listing over 2 others because the photo made them look like they were in pristine condition. I have contacted Poshmark with photos, and will see if they will step in.
