kittybutterfly Hey there. I just saw you received your dress. I always strive to make sure my customers are 100% happy and I see you give me 4 stars based on packaging. Dresses are a little more challenging to package presentably but I did wrap in plastic to protect it. Is there anything you could suggest that would have made you rate 5 stars? Thanks.

kieswils @kittybutterfly Hi, yes I understand the size of a wedding dress may be a little difficult to wrap but just for future poshers I probably would have opted for a more presentable plastic other than a black trash bag. Something clear perhaps, similar to a cleaners bag. I’m sure a dress garnet bag may get pricey if your selling multiple wedding dresses but just a thought. The dress itself is gorgeous and exactly as described. Thanks
