grandposh Hi Kelsea! I noticed you left me a 1 star review on the Crop Top you purchased on May 22nd. I would have loved to have the opportunity to find a resolution to your issue before you leaving a bad review. You mentioned the reason for your review was because the Crop Top was “small” and “child sized”. Now, I just want to make sure that you do know Crop Tops are smaller than just a regular fitting top. If you did in fact know that then that brings me to my next point.

grandposh The photos in the listing show the Crop Top on a full sized mannequin, and I also provided measurements and asked for my buyers to PLEASE READ MEASUREMENTS before you buy as not all items that you buy are true to size. You did have the opportunity to read those measurements and also had the opportunity to message me first with any questions you might have.

grandposh I put a lot of dedication into what I do, and take the time to write individual handwritten notes to all of my buyers to show my appreciation. I don’t like when I have an unhappy buyer, however I also think it is incredibly rude to bring down someone’s rating when the problem was not on the seller, but on you.

grandposh I also don’t understand why you waited a week and a half to leave a negative review. Had you contacted me sooner, I would have likely been able to help find the right size for you. I’d appreciate it if you thought about the unreasonable review you left me and consider changing your mind, as the pictures, measurements, and item description was as described. I apologize that you were unhappy with your item.
