piece_of_cake @kkilmer223 Hi, I placed an order with you on February 23rd. It's been 5 days and it still hasn't shipped. I wasn't expecting it to take this long to ship out. I thought if you have it for sale it should be ready to ship. Can you tell me when I can plan on seeing that you've shipped it?

kkilmer223 @piece_of_cake Hi! I’m so sorry for the confusion!! I shipped next day but the post office did not scan the item in for some odd reason. I notified poshmark that the item had shipped but not started tracking on Friday. I thought you would be notified once I made the claim, so sorry. Good news is that’s shipping has updated. It should be there soon!!

piece_of_cake @kkilmer223 Sorry, I'm still confused. You said you shipped it the next day after my purchase so that would mean you shipped it on the 24th. Doesn't it go 2nd day air? If so, then I should have received it by now, right?

kkilmer223 @piece_of_cake Yes, I shipped before 9 am on Wednesday the 24th. I filed a claim with poshmark on Friday when the package had still not started tracking. It should have been there by now but unfortunately, usps is experiencing shipping delays due to COVID. My sister sent me a package 2-day priority on the 16th and it is finally arriving today.
