@kelseashells8 Yea, I get that. I think that is why most people try to bundle when they can or wait until closet clear out days, which are often, that way, Poshmark picks up the reduced shipping. I am certain there will be another one this week so you can get the reduced shipping then you see it. I reduce the price i the listing o those days when i have a buyer to get them the best rate.

@kelseashells8 OK.. A couple of times a week, Poshmark holds a Closet Clear Out Day. Any item over $15 that a seller reduces by 10% or more in the listing, Poshmark will automatically give the buyer the reduced shipping rate of $4.99. This comes out of Poshmark's take and not the sellers so most sellers can give their lowest price because they don't have to pay for giving the shipping discount. @kelseashells8 offer the buyer the item or $17 and $5.95 shipping, so the buyer pays $22.95 plus tax. However, on CCO, I would offer the buyer $15 because Pishmark will then give the buyer a $4.99 rate that I do not have to pay so I can afford to give the buyer an even lower price. I can reduce it to $15 and then they get the $4.99 rate, so the buyer then pays only $19.99 plus tax. Does that help explain it? I'm happy to answer any question.

@itsbetteronu I'm still kind of confused. so on a regular day and sale if you are selling the shirt for $20 the buyer pays the shipping of 7.45 or whatever it is correct?
are you saying the seller ALSO pays s+h?? and does poshmark take %from the sale??

@kelseashells8 On a regular day if you get an offer the buyer has to offer you some form or reduced shipping in addition to the discount in order to be allowed to send an offer. So when you get an offer from a seller, you are actually getting an item discount and a shipping discount. If you, a buyer makes an offer you do not get to do anything with reduced shipping you just pay full fee. In one person's closet you can create a bundle and all items in a bundle ship for one shipping fee.

@kelseashells8 Poshmark adds the tax depending on your state on it's own. Sellers do not see those fees. Another thing as s buyer that you should understand.. If I offer you the $20 item for $17 and reduced shipping of $4.99 and you make a counter offer of $15, the reduced shipping does not go with the new offer because a buyer cannot affect shipping. In this scenario, you would be paying 48 cents more in the end because you are back to full shipping fees.

I just created a bundle for you and made the offer there. Because the other offer was declined it would not let me go back and make a new offer there. It can be a bit of a maze sometimes.

@itsbetteronu another probably silly question... is everyobescloset their own clothes? I see some ppl on here with clothes that adds up to more than mycar is worth 🤣 or a specific person had designer clothes but not designer... for example she takes pics from designer website, says she can have whatever size of the pic you want it'll take 2 weeks... she told me "I have hook up on certain fabrics"... is that sketchy?

@kelseashells8 it is a platform for resellers over all. There are a mix of people selling their own stuff and resellers that purchase for resell. I am a picker. I buy for resell and I sell my own stuff as well as stuff from my four daughters. The platform supports all resellers. Poshmark actually encourages sellers to buy wholesale lots for resell but that’s too big a risk for me.

@kelseashells8 it means you liked something and that seller bundled it with others of their items or just a liked item. Bundles are the best shipping deals so many sellers want you to see pieces that they have that will go with what you have liked.
