michellehangge @kelseykushner Hi Kelsey! I believe I accidentally shipped you a skirt accidentally instead of your dress. If you open a case, then you and the customer who accidentally received your dress will both receive labels to ship the correct items to each other. I’m terribly sorry for the mix up.

peggygodson Kelsey, Thank you for your purchase of the French Connection dress. I took it to the post office on Saturday....just 2 or 3 hours after you purchased, and dropped it in the package drop-off box. I'm getting a little concerned because I haven't gotten a tracking notice from the post office yet. Just letting you know that I'll be checking up on it.
