dorothy_wirth I apologize for not noticing the tears in all four straps on the lovely orange bag. I was remiss however I believe that you should have mentioned them in your description of the pocketbook. Now I have to spend money to hopefully repair them. However, upon reflection, I would re-rate your "stars" but I don't know how. I am sorry to upset you so! Dorothy
