jadelsonjr Hey girl, you sold me a pink apple watch a month ago. It is still activated to your phone i guess, can you try to unlock it or unpair it from your device. The apple watch doesn't work because it is activated still with your account. If you dont know how to do it, you can google it and it will tell you! Please lmk if u got this

kelseytcarter13 @jadelsonjr hey! Did you try to reset it on the watch, it isn't paired to my phone. I did reset it to the factory settings before I sold it, but maybe try resetting it again?

kelseytcarter13 @jadelsonjr also, I just removed it from the find my iPhone app, so I think that may have been the problem. I'm sorry about that!!

jadelsonjr @kelseytcarter13 so the problem cant be fixed that way. You must have used your icloud. I just researched it and it says to do the following " with their Apple ID > Settings > My Devices > Click on Apple Watch > Click on the "X" > click on Remove." Can you remove apple watch from your device because it says its still on there.

jadelsonjr You have to manually go to https://www.icloud.com/ and remove it. Turn the feature off via https://www.icloud.com/ by signing in with their Apple ID > Settings > My Devices > Click on Apple Watch > Click on the "X" > click on Remove. You will not otherwise be able to use the watch (there is no way around this security feature).
