srobinhood78 Hey Kelsey! I purchased a Patagonia hat off you this past week with credit card and I arrived today with me having to pay 28.85 to the postal worker. Can you explain to me why?

kels_straka @srobinhood78 hi there, I’m sorry that happened to you. I’m not sure why the postal worker would need you to pay an additional expense if there was a prepaid shipping label. That has never been an issue before that I’ve experienced buying or selling. I would reach out to Poshmark and/or your local postal office and inquire.

marymartham hi! my order was delayed but then I received a notification that it will be returned to sender because of insufficient address. I contacted poshmark support. I still want the shoes though!
