I called the post office as I am not seeing a scan on your transaction yet and they told me it should be shipping out today. dpetersen100 I just purchased the Freebird Casandra and you indicate it is true to size. I just went on Freebird and it states size down as it runs large. I am a true size 8. It sounds like these will not fit. Please cancel the order to avoid a potential dispute. My apologies. I should have looked at the Freebird site to confirm.

kelseywrae28 @dpetersen100 I’m also a true 8 and I tried them on in my house and they fit so I’m not sure about the website. But I’m a true 8 sometimes a 7 in some brands and they fit me. The straps across are buckles and they are adjustable

dpetersen100 @kelseywrae28 I would appreciate if you would review what it states on their site. I really am concerned they will be larger based on what they say there. If they are I will be in a position to dispute as they will not truly be as described based on the maker of the shoe. I do not want to chance it.

dpetersen100 If you purchased from Freebird with a final sale and did not like or did not fit, they will accommodate an exchange for you as they are not worn. You can messsge them on their Facebook page and they will assist you.

kelseywrae28 @dpetersen100 they fit because I put them on the smallest holes for adjusting and have fairly small size 8 feet. I just changed my mind on wanting them. So I don’t want to exchange them. So I am trying to make some money back from them.

dpetersen100 @kelseywrae28 they will allow you to put towards any other shoe. If you prefer not to cancel then I will have to deal with it when they arrive. I have over 40 pairs of their shoes. I follow their sizing recommendations. I understand you wanting to recouped your money but I want a pair that will fit and I believe these won’t be as described.

kelseywrae28 @dpetersen100 I can cancel I just had to email Poshmark. Because I didn’t have an option that fit the situation. But all I can say is if you want to try them, there’s enough room on the leather straps that you could poke new holes in the accommodate.

dpetersen100 @kelseywrae28 it’s not the width that will be a problem, it’s the length of the shoe bed that will be the problem and that’s why they say size down. You can cancel as I did that for one of my sales. I just didn’t know how to do it and had to email as well and They did assist with directions. I truly hope you can cancel rather than going through this process.
