2goldeagle I received your northface jacket today. I have disputed with posh and will not accept the order. I also sent message to person that sold it... you probably received my sweatshirt by pink which is purple.

kelseyrper @2goldeagle yeah it looks okay. It just feels very worn. I think I am going to get a full refund on my jacket though because having to go through this process is a bit ridiculous

2goldeagle @kelseyrper can we do that? I always make sure my stuff is pristine.. I would never sell/ send anything that has hair on it. It was just shoved in the box...

kelseyrper @2goldeagle I don’t know but that is what I requested. I understand she hasn’t sold before on poshmark, but it was very disappointing to hear that the jacket is dirty. It was very disappointing to open something that wasn’t mine as well this morning. Normally when I buy, people package it nicely and they send a card or something just saying thanks. This just doesn’t feel like it was treated very seriously on her part. The packages shouldn’t have been swapped in the first place.

2goldeagle @kelseyrper I know .. me too! I wrap my stuff , sometimes it even goes to cleaners. I never would sell anything that looked like that little own sell it. I am going to request refund as well. I didn’t accept it because I don’t want funds released to her but I am very disappointed as well. Let me know if you hear anything and I will do same.

kelseyrper @2goldeagle I will do the same. I contacted poshmark in the order inquiry section. Make sure you do the same or they will automatically release funds after 3 days!

kelseyrper @2goldeagle yes I ended up being granted a full refund from poshmark. I had to dispute it pretty hard but the jacket was damaged in several ways. The zipper looked like it had been all chewed up. Gross! But thank you for sending my package to me!

2goldeagle @kelseyrper good..... glad you received your refund. I thought that jacket was gross... there is no way I would ever sell something in that condition. I washed my shirt immediately after opening... it wasn’t so bad.... best of luck poshing... check me out!!!!😊
