estar808 The feathers are not dirty, nor is the jacket, they have an ombre that is natural with those feathers. So e are pure white, others not. I'd be happy to refund your money to you if you'd like to return it to me. I'm sorry u were disappointed. I just want you to be happy.

chefkels13 @estar808 ok thank you for letting me know. I love the jacket I just wish it looked like the photos did as in the whiteness of the feathers. I was going to see if I could clean it or take it to the dry cleaner but if that’s how the feathers are then I guess there’s nothing I can do about it. I would love a refund if so I can send it back. I’m so sorry. I didn’t know they were ombré. There are feathers on it that are all white. Just most of them around the front look that way

estar808 I have another very similar jacket and I tested putting some dry shampoo for light blonde hair liberally onto the feathers and letting it dry, then just fluffing it up after and it lightened the gray pretty dramatically. U might want to try that, and get back to me. If u like the jacket but are not happy that it has some grey tones, u might be surprised how much it lightened the feathers.

estar808 But if that does not interest you, u need to go through Poshmark, bc they handle everything, and they will release your funds. They send u a return mailing label that u print out, and attach to the return box, and u then u just drop it into the mail. I didn't alter the photos at all, and took the pics 2 days before u ordered it, I have 3 other interested buyers, so it's not a problem for me if you want to do that, I just want you to be happy.

estar808 @chefkels13 Did you ever try the light blonde dry shampoo on the bolero? the one i tested it on turned extremely white. I was hoping to hear if you have made any progress towards getting it how u like it.

chefkels13 @estar808 no I didn’t. I did try it on with my wedding dress and the color of the lining doesn’t match either. I did just hear back from Poshmark and they refunded me. But they did not give a return package info. They said I was not to send it back to the seller? I’m just confused as to what to do with it now.

estar808 @chefkels13 it would still be nice if you can send back my bolero, it was my mom's & she's no longer with us. If you go through poshmark they send you a return shipping label, and only through them can you get a refund.
