@kjoduffy hi! You purchase a Montana West bag from me and i by accident sent you the wrong color. Well it’s almost the same but it has blue on the sides. There is a wallet inside of it. Since it was my mistake if you want to keep the whole set you can or if you would rather have the original backpack the you ordered please start a return request once you get the items. @kjoduffy sure thing, it actually shows that it was delivered yesterday. So if you dont receive it by tomorrow you should let Poshmark know. That way they can start a lost package claim

@kjoduffy I think you really need to contact Poshmark about all your packages because they just released my earnings for your backpack. Because it shows that your package was delivered 3 days ago. If you don’t contact them right away you won’t be able to get a refund in case your packages really are missing

Which is weird because my new card info saved but not address. im working with my old roommate to get it to me. however we need to discuss you sending the wrong bag that I dont want.

@kjoduffy I understand, but i have been telling you since before the package was even shown as delivered that you need to contact Poshmark. I cannot do anything now because you didnt report a problem within the 3 days of it showing as delivered. Even if you didnt have the item you should have contacted them like I kept urging you to. And even now, you have to contact Poshmark and tell them you didnt receive the bag you wanted so they can refund you.

@kjoduffy i cant do an exchange now even though i would rather have my set back because that is much more expensive than the bag you ordered. But i could only exchange it when the return request was opened. Now the earnings have been released and the order is completed. So as a seller I cant do anything else on Posh. So again, please contact Poshmark for your refund.
