I was seriously impressed with the way you ran everything, and after all the live shows I’ve been watching lately, let me tell you, it was a breath of fresh air! I can’t even imagine how much work it is to do those live shows, not to mention just mentally exhausting having to be “on” the whole time, but you rocked it, Sandy!

cheryl8433 Hi Kelsey' She said Bally and Ferragamo for the two bags I picked! She totally confused me with the Beige bag being totally different and the dark blue bag is not Bally or Ferragamo! She had the names of the bag inaccurately ! This is not good !

tennesseekelsey @cheryl8433 hey! Yeah, I think she got confused with the names. I know the one she was calling Bally was actually Bulgari, but I didn’t realize the other dark blue bag wasn’t Ferragmo either. 😅 Don’t worry, they will make it right for you. I’m sure they’ll let you cancel the order and get a refund once the show is over. (They can’t do it during the show unfortunately because orders haven’t processed yet until the show closes)
