kelsi_artim @cacolbert Hi, I appreciate you reaching out and I am really sorry to hear that. Honestly I had bought those shoes off Poshmark and I am selling because they didn't work for me either. When relisting the item, it allowed me just to repost the item with the same information the girl I had bought from used. I hadn't realized she put size 9 and not that they were actually youth 6.5 (which could fit 8.5/9) so I truly apologize!
