neshaymarie I have never been so impressed with a seller on Poshmark, as I am with Kelsi of @thriftytrender. I ordered a Northface fleece from her, and last minute, she realized it had a minor flaw. She went above and beyond to make it right, by cancelling the order, refunding my money, and then sent it to me anyway, totally free of charge. I offered to pay shipping, but she wouldn’t let me. Just received the shirt today, and it’s lovely besides the minor fixable flaw. Thank you, Kelsi!!! Will order again!!
