yasminasweigart Hi! I wanted to comment a response to a question you had asked on a "waist trainer" item, but didn't want to write on the seller's post. Girl it doesn't work. All it does is push body fat in closer toward the internal organs & make it harder on the body to function healthily :-/ There's no easy way other than commitment to exercise and a healthier lifestyle. I'm no expert, but I find that cute gym clothes help keep me motivated haha!
