bughardy I just got it right now and unfortunately I am not happy with the product. In your disruption of the bag you had written "pristine" condition and I would not consider the handles pristine. You also wrote to another interested person that the bag had only been carried a few times. From the looks of it I would say it was carried more than a few times. If you need pictures of what I am referring to I would be happy to email you some.
