schultzie777 Hi, Kelsy, You should have contacted me 1st before leaving such a low review for a reason that was not my fault. I sell a ton of breakable on multiple websites and have never had one received broken. I over pack the item and put FRAGILE stickers on aall sides. The good news is that your package comes with $100 worth of insurance , so all you need to do is send me the pictures of the broken item and the packaging & it will be refunded by the US post office.

missgilby @schultzie777 it was not meant to be a low review on you personally I sent a message to posh and said you did a great job of packing and it had to be broken in transit and I sent them pics ... how do I send them to you?

schultzie777 @missgilby hi. I tried to put my email address here & it won’t allow it. I’ll contact Poshmark & see if they can send them to me. Then I’ll take them to the post office & fill out the paperwork. I try to pack as safe as possible because most of the items I only have 1 of & know I can’t replace it. Plus, it’s really not fair to you or other buyers to get a useless item. I will keep you updated. Again, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience . Thanks

schultzie777 Hi, I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. It took a couple of days to hear back from a Posh rep. I guess because of the holiday. What I described above about me taking the pictures to the post office is how I would take care of a problem on a different platform I sell on. Posh said that I am out of the mix since the postage is actually purchased by them and that you need to contact them. I mentioned in my letter that you contacted them with the pictures so maybe you have heard back already
