genmurphy Can you please show me a picture of the broken belt. It was brand new and in perfect condition when I sent it out. I gave you a great price on it but if something happened during shipping I’d like to report it. Also why did you accept it. I take major pride in my customer satisfaction I just don’t understand why would keep something that is broken. Please let’s try and work this out. I don’t want you to have a Helds experience.
