@miflaco at no time did you disclose or show the embroidery on the bag. There is also u disclosed wear on the bottom.
I am sorry you feel as such. However, Poshmark found in my favor to return the item for refund. Please take all issue up with them. You may want to better describe your items in the future to avoid such misrepresentation issues.
