Hello.
I was reaching out regarding the recent order of the red Jordan sneakers. It’s come to my attention that the incorrect sneakers were mailed out to you. It is a similar Red Jordan style sneaker but with a white strap instead. I reached out to Poshmark customer service to give you a full refund and I would like for you to keep the shoes that were sent out to you for the inconvenience. (New shoes as well). I received the Poshmark response right now and it said:
