aylinkoksal hi Ken- I wanted to touch base with you to let you know I'm seeking answers from the post office as to why your package has yet to arrive...it was sent out 5 days ago, and I see it's still not there. I apologize for the delay, I'm hoping it arrives soon. if not we may need to list the tracking info and submit it as a lost package. I'm really sorry this is happening!

kargy @aylinkoksal Hi! Thanks for the message. I opened a case with the USPS and they just closed it out saying there were Covid delays, which I definitely understand. My main concern is that it made it to Warrendale, Pa then just stopped for 4-5 days. Hopefully it starts moving again and isn't lost.
