hi Ken- I wanted to touch base with you to let you know I'm seeking answers from the post office as to why your package has yet to arrive...it was sent out 5 days ago, and I see it's still not there. I apologize for the delay, I'm hoping it arrives soon. if not we may need to list the tracking info and submit it as a lost package. I'm really sorry this is happening!

@aylinkoksal Hi! Thanks for the message. I opened a case with the USPS and they just closed it out saying there were Covid delays, which I definitely understand. My main concern is that it made it to Warrendale, Pa then just stopped for 4-5 days. Hopefully it starts moving again and isn't lost.

@kargy oh gosh, I hope so as well- yours is one of three packages I've had this happen with. it's so frustrating as I always ship out so quickly, as I know I'd want my items ordered as soon as possible. thanks for replying back- hopefully it will arrive soon😔

Please let me make it up to you- is it mislabeled do you think? please select another item, and I'll delete the listing and send it to you at no cost. you can let me know which one via the comments or put it in a bundle so I know which one to send. It's the least I can do after all the delays and now this...

@aylinkoksal Hi, Don't worry about it. It is marked small. Looks almost just like the one in the picture. This one doesn't have blue inside the collar. It'll just be one I wear under other things. Thanks.
