Hi! Sorry for the delay....these jeans have a stretch to them. Not sure if they are a Curvy fit but the name of them is High Rise Baby Boot. And reviews say they are not too high.

The Siver Jeans website reviews say they ferl like they fit curvy becuz of the soft stretchable and comfortable fit. I hope this helps! 🙂😀
