I am a little confused by feedback item description was unclear since it is new with tags and I took picture of the Lululemon garment description card. Were you anticipating a different color? Just trying to understand how I can better meet buyers' expectations. I truly want everyone to have a 5-star experience transacting with my closet and am sorry I fell short

kmgarvey @stacygarrels Hi Stacy! That was actually my first purchase ever on Poshmark, so my first time giving feedback. I was a little surprised by the "feel" of the leggings, as they have a waffle-y texture instead of silky smooth like leggings usually do. That's the only reason! I can edit the feedback though, I am just realizing now how a 4 star could impact your rating :/ I love the pants though - thank you!
