lauraelvin Hi. Can you tell me why you cancelled my order from a few days ago? PoshMark says transactions are only allowed to be cancelled in very rare instances. This was my first PoshMark purchase and was an unpleasant experience. Reaching out to me personally to let me know why you cancelled my order would have gone a long way toward good customer service.

onemoorereason @lauraelvin I ended up giving them to a family friend about an hour before you purchased them. When I got back to my phone it said you had purchased my item before I could mark sold or delete my item. I was trying to figure out a way to message you but I couldn't find a way to message you. I'm truly sorry, it wasn't on purpose. I'm new to poshmark as well and I wish I could make it up to you.

lauraelvin @onemoorereason I also had a hard time figuring out how to message you. This public comment thing would not have been my preference. Based on similar previous experiences, I'm kind of sensitive to the idea of items being listed for sale that aren't really available. I hope my second Poshmark experience goes better. That exact size and style of jean is hard to find. Thanks for your prompt response.
