kendalhilliard @meghanmcginnis_ hi! i am having trouble as well. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. she hasn’t been answering me either. should we send in a complaint to poshmark?

meghanmcginnis_ @kendalhilliard I did but I’m having trouble getting them to reply as well, so frustrating! The seller “Brynn Redding” literally created a bundle on my page to tell me to stop commenting on her stuff, and then she blocked me. She also claims my order has shipped even though I’ve gotten no notifications and it still shows “awaiting shipment.” She’s being super unprofessional! Maybe if more people contact Poshmark about her they will see what an issue she is.

kendalhilliard @meghanmcginnis_ i will report her right now. i’m glad it’s not only me having trouble. i did message her about when she was going to ship mine and it says shipped but it has for a while. i hope you can get your money back because this girl kinda scamming us.

meghanmcginnis_ @kendalhilliard I definitely agree, I think she’s scamming a lot of people! Definitely let me know what actually arrives to you because I want to know if it’s real Lululemon products or not. I don’t really understand though because Poshmark only releases money to sellers once the buyer receives and accepts a package, so she’s not getting paid until people receive their items and confirm that they received what they ordered. I’ll be really interested to see what arrives to you, if anything does.

meghanmcginnis_ @kendalhilliard I just got in contact with someone else who bought from her and they said they had the same issue. The seller shipped the items the day before the buyer could cancel the order and all the buyer received was an old pair of neon pink/orange leggings and a headband. That’s all she got for the $60.

meghanmcginnis_ @kendalhilliard She said she requested leggings and a sports bra, but didn’t specify a color. I know you can only cancel the order within 3 hours of ordering, otherwise Poshmark gives the seller 10 days to ship your items. If they don’t ship it within 10 days then you can cancel. I would report her if you get things you didn’t specify or if you have any issues with your order at all. I think it’s worth a shot since so many people are having issues with the seller.

meghanmcginnis_ @kendalhilliard She sent me cropped, old, pink/red super cropped leggings with no tag on them and a headband. After I requested no cropped items, neutral colors, and no accessories. I opened a claim against her and now she’s arguing with me saying she “doesn’t guarantee to meet any item requests because it’s a mystery box.” I’m so frustrated. These items couldn’t have cost more than $20 at whichever thrift store she bought them from.

meghanmcginnis_ @kendalhilliard Yeah definitely do if you receive something similar. She has now blocked the other woman I was communicating with who also only got old, used pants and a headband. Clearly this is how she scams people for money.

meghanmcginnis_ @kendalhilliard Ugh, I’m sorry! You may be able to get a refund since it isn’t the size you ordered. You go to “problem with order” and it should tell you how from there.
