hhelms15 Hi! About your recent purchase (Nike band) I send your way exactly as seen on pictures. You can get a cable however, Nike band can be charge by placing directly on computer (no cable is needed really unless that’s your preference) I made sure to try it multiple times before it was sold. I was working, no issues. instructions, and all the extras were send as well. let me know if can help with more information. I’m sorry to s hear you are having a hard time figuring it out. Regards! hhelms15 @kenddymedina Hi, Kenddy! Were you able to create an account for the band? You need to do that as a first step in order to be able to use it. The manual has all that information.
