heatherroh1 Hey hun, I saw you got your shirt and left a 4 star rating. I’m am just reaching out to see what was wrong. You mentioned cleanliness and item was brand new and packaged wrapped in tissue paper. If there’s something I could improve on I always want to know. I’m sorry if you didn’t think I was responsive, I wasn’t aware you reached out and I shipped item within 24 hours 🤷🏻‍♀️

kjarrell05 @heatherroh1 hey! I meant responsiveness was great- I apologize if my rating indicates otherwise. I was only a little disappointed because I thought the shirt was gray when I purchased it based on the pictures. I don’t want to impact your ability to get more people interested in buying from you if the rating does impact that. I’m pretty new to Poshmark so I’m not sure how all of those work together just yet.

heatherroh1 @kjarrell05 oh okay. Yeah it sends me a message and tell me that you rated me 4 stars and that I need to improve on cleanliness, improve on packaging and ship time and responsiveness- so I was worried that something happened that I wasn’t aware of.
