ksbreuer Kendra, thank you for repackaging the purse. I was so irritated i didnt think to do the same. Did she do anything to make it up to you? How did you rate? Trying to decide what i should do.

kaheredia @ksbreuer she didn't do anything at all. I did read the small note on a piece of paper (literally) that she left you implying that I was impatient and disrespectful. I have not given anyone less than 5 stars with the exception of 1 based solely on quality of product. I do not intend to rate the seller highly. I'm in Boston on business so I have not received the package but at best I will likely rate 2 stars if the product is in perfect communication.

kaheredia This site is all about experience, communication, expediency and finding great deals. I don't appreciate paying $6 for shipping and a simple item taking 3 weeks to get out of pure laziness, lack of attention to detail and communication avoidance. kaheredia Dooney). I do not think it's fair to rate sellers highly knowing that the seller is not a quality seller. It diminishes the sellers who are truly five star people. And please do not worry about repacking my shorts, it's no problem at all. She had just thrown your purse in a box and I thought it was kind of crappy especially the amount that you paid for it. ksbreuer @kaheredia I agree with you. I received it today and it's not in the condition I expected but it's okay. Sales of any kind should be about customer service. I will not be giving her a good rating but am going to offer her a chance to make it up to me some how. As for your shorts, I thought they looked good but didn't want to handle them much since they were not mine. Initial shipping aside from wrong person did take too long. Thank you and safe travels!
