kendra_7_27 @debbiegaines368 ok hun I went in and removed the device. You should be able to pair it now with your device. Sorry about that. I had this watch with my account under Verizon. I switched to T mobile and have not used the watch since. It is unpaired on my end. Hope this helps keep me posted
