flo50 Good Morning Kendra☀️. After being notified by another Posher today I realized a mistake was made in the shipping of your items. Please forgive me! I shipped out packages with both names starting with K that I somehow switched the label's on🤦🏽‍♀️. I would like to resolve this asap if I can. The other buyer has already open a case with posh.

flo50 Since this has never happened to me I am not sure how to handle it. You can also notify posh as well. Hopefully a return label will be sent out to the both of you so that the item/items can be returned to me. I would then resend the (Black Tie Shirt) to the correct buyer and your (3 dresses) to you.
