cindypassalacqu Hi Kendra, I’ve just found out that you CAN change your rating/love notes. All you need to do is go into your items purchased. Pull up the eyeshadow and you’ll see Edit Rating. You can than go in, add the 5th star and delete your comments and leave the correct ones. You can also do that for the seller that actually did sell you a used product. I found it by chance, and was able to change a rating I’d previously left. Please go in and fix that, I’d greatly appreciate it. God Bless🙏🏻 Cindy
