How do I know....Because I DON’T wear MAKEUP! I bought them for my daughters and both thought they were too gaudy in the color schemes! For you to FIB and say I’ve sold you something used, please RETURN IT! I’ll happily give you your money back because I DON’T deal with fibbers! I would never sell anyone a used item without 1st saying it’s used. I’d ask you to please, contact Posh, explain what happened and hopefully they’ll remove that blemish from my record. cindypassalacqu Hi Kendra, I’ve just found out that you CAN change your rating/love notes. All you need to do is go into your items purchased. Pull up the eyeshadow and you’ll see Edit Rating. You can than go in, add the 5th star and delete your comments and leave the correct ones. You can also do that for the seller that actually did sell you a used product. I found it by chance, and was able to change a rating I’d previously left. Please go in and fix that, I’d greatly appreciate it. God Bless🙏🏻 Cindy
