miscob411 I do not appreciate the 1 Star rating. I did as you requested and can prove it with pictures. Apparently the order was re-routed to the original address because Burge zip code on the new address was incorrect.

kendyljennings @miscob411 I double check the label and you sent it to the wrong address even after I asked you not to send it there. The ZIP Codes that I changed and address I changed online are exactly as they should be.

miscob411 @kendyljennings if you send me an email I can forward you the tracking emails that state exactly where it started off and ended up and why. It was “re-routed” due to incorrect zip code

bstardust85 Hello Kendyl! as I was preparing the Eddie Bauer pants for shipping, I noticed that there is an issue with one of the side pocket zippers. I've tried to repair it but I am not too sure how to do that without damaging the pants. I understand if you'd like to cancel the order but if you'd really like them, I'm happy to take them to a tailor to see if we can repair the zipper before I ship to you. again I'm so sorry and appreciate your understanding. please let me know how you'd like to proceed.

bstardust85 @kendyljennings alternatively, I'm happy to sell them to you for an even bigger discount if you'd like to take them and have them repaired on your end. I know that Eddie Bauer has a lifetime guarantee but I'm not positive how they compensate for returns. I am so sorry and happy to rectify it anyway you see fit!

kendyljennings @bstardust85 Hey there… So I’m not sure what to do… What would you discount them to and I can try to get them repaired here. I’m a Tennis Official and I need them for a tournament coming up so I have a back up pair and if the zipper didn’t close it wouldn’t matter that much but at some point I do want it to be fixed……
